Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on this website are digital ebooks delivered instantly via download link upon successful payment. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" once accessed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is successfully completed and the download link has been sent.

Before You Buy

Please review the product description, sample pages (where available), and language options carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

Exceptions

We will review requests on a case-by-case basis only in these situations:

  • You were charged but did not receive your download link due to a technical error on our end
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error
  • The file delivered is genuinely corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resend a working copy

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase at yogeshonclarity@gmail.com with your order details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue — which may include resending your file or, where appropriate, a refund.

Failed or Cancelled Payments

If your payment fails, is cancelled, or times out during checkout, you are not charged, and no order is created. You're welcome to retry the purchase.
